哈哈. I have a question. I immediately understood the last sentence as it was meant: “I love the face she makes when she cums”. But inside the sentence, are there any indications that this is general – as opposed to “I love the face she made when she had an orgasm”?

Let me make my point with a less contageous sentence:
我喜欢她喝茶时的样子.(I love the face she makes when drinking tea)
How to say: “I loved the face she made when drinking tea”?

哈哈 Thanks for your question, Angelos. I am so glad that our DailyVOCAB helped you learn something. 我太开心了!!!

    On your question:
我喜欢她喝茶时的样子 can indicate both past tense and present tense, in other words, it can mean both “I love the face she makes when drinking tea” and “I loved the face she made when drinking tea”. So if you want to make it clear that this happened in the past, you can say “我那时喜欢她喝茶的样子“. “那时” means “at that time”.

See you soon in my class : P

I think 達到 is very useful! Are the following correct?

    他的能力達到了一個新的水平.
(His ability reached a new level)
    喝茶的時候他達到內心的寧靜.
(When drinking tea, he attains peace of mind)
    氣溫達到了五十度.
    (The temperature reached 50 degrees)

And I’ll try to make one more, a difficult one which will almost certainly be wrong:
    無論你練功得多麼長, 你從來不會達到我的武術水平.
(No matter how long you practice, you’ll never equal my martial arts skill) – that’s what the bad guys always say at the beginning of the movie, when they humiliate the hero.

      Hi Angelos,

I am really happy that you are so interested in Chinese!! And you are so diligent! Anyway, you are only wrong for the last sentence but it is just some minor mistakes.

      You should say 無論你練功練得多久, 你永遠也不會達到我的武術水平。
從來 indicates from the past to future. However, you are say you’ ll never, you should use 永遠也 instead.

        哪裡, 哪裡. 我很喜歡向你們學習.
        我覺得, 這個”從來不” 和 “永還也”之間的區別很重要!
        多謝你!
