I’ve started running in the mornings.

At first it was just a little bit.

Then I picked up the pace.

Not too much at first.

Slowly but surely I started reaching my fitness goals.

I’ve lost 3 pounds!

The running combined with all of the dance cardio I have been doing really did the trick.

What goals have you accomplished lately and how?
